The Apartment AB Experience

Apartment AB was created to provide a private, peaceful and beautifully maintained environment for trainers and their clients. We ask everyone who uses the space to help us preserve that experience.

Respect the privacy of others.
Apartment AB is a private training environment. Please be mindful of fellow trainers and clients at all times.

Keep the atmosphere peaceful.
Please avoid shouting, excessive noise or other behavior that may disrupt another client's session.

Treat the equipment with care.
Weights and equipment should be handled thoughtfully and never thrown or dropped.

Keep training areas food-free.
Meals and snacks should remain outside the workout areas.

Wear appropriate training footwear.
Athletic shoes or socks are required on the training floors. Bare feet, boots, high heels and other non-training footwear are not permitted.

Leave the space as you found it.
Please return equipment to its designated place after use so Apartment AB remains organized and ready for the next session.
